Salon Policies & Contact Information
Thank you for choosing Diamond Spa & Nails. These policies ensure a safe, fair, and comfortable experience for clients and staff.
1. Purpose & Commitment
At Diamond Spa & Nails, we are committed to delivering exceptional service in a
clean, professional, and welcoming environment. These policies are designed to ensure
quality, fairness, safety, and comfort for both clients and staff.
2. Appointments & Scheduling
• Appointments are recommended; walk-ins are welcome based on availability.
• Please arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period is allowed before your slot may be
given to another client.
• Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may need to reschedule or wait for the next
available technician.
• Cancellations or changes require at least 4 hours’ notice.
• No-shows or last-minute cancellations may require a deposit for future bookings.
3. Cleanliness & Safety Standards
• We follow state sanitation guidelines using EPA-approved disinfectants and single-use
tools when required.
• All tools are sanitized and sterilized after each use.
• Hand sanitizer is available at each station.
• Clients showing signs of illness are kindly asked to postpone their visit.
4. Payment & Service Guarantee
• Accepted payment methods: Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay, and Gift Cards.
• All services are non-refundable.
• If you are unsatisfied, please notify a manager before leaving the salon.
• Rework may be offered within 5 days for eligible cases (e.g., chipped polish, lifting
acrylic).
5. Client Conduct & Salon Environment
To maintain a respectful and relaxing atmosphere:
• Treat staff and fellow clients with courtesy.
• Profanity, yelling, or offensive behavior is not permitted.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• Keep phone calls brief or use headphones.
• Speak softly, especially in spa and pedicure areas.
• Dispose of trash properly and use provided storage.
6. Staff Rights & Emergency Procedures
• Staff may refuse service to any client who violates salon policies or behaves
inappropriately.
• Verbal abuse, harassment, or discrimination will not be tolerated.
• In case of emergency (fire, severe weather, etc.), follow staff instructions and exit
calmly through marked routes.
7. Promotions, Gift Cards & Memberships
• Gift cards are non-refundable and must be presented at time of service.
• Promotional offers cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
• Membership clients receive exclusive perks but must adhere to all salon policies.
